Brief: 

Commissioned by Linacre College, this animation supports a group of Kenyan medical practitioners working to secure funding for improved hospital communication systems. Centered around the acronym GELLE—Grouping, Empowering, Leading, Learning, Equipping—the piece visualizes each pillar through modular storytelling.

 

The animation splits into two distinct styles:

• A detailed character section that brings emotional nuance and realism to the practitioners’ journey

• A minimalist section using simplified figures to illustrate medical scenarios tied to each GELLE principle
